I loved the friendly staff and found the hotel just a few steps from Cherry Creek Shopping Center, making it super easy for shopping breaks during my city strolls. I really enjoyed visiting the beautiful Denver Botanic Gardens, which is almost 2 km away and perfect for a leisurely walk. for a solo traveler like me, this place had great communal spaces to unwind and connect with others, but the room could use a desk for a more functional workspace.

We had a terrible experience with valet service. The valet staff disappeared while I was at my son's game, and I waited over an hour for my car keys. Though the front desk staff were friendly, no one resolved the situation adequately, and my promised points were never credited. Overall, it was frustrating and disappointing, and I will not return.
